Common questions

Do you work in person with Pittsburgh nonprofits?

Yes. We are based in Pittsburgh and can meet on site anywhere in Allegheny County and the surrounding region, or work virtually. We also serve organizations nationally.

What does a typical engagement look like?

Most start with a free proposal request. You can add an optional 45-minute discovery call first. From there we scope either specific services or a full Organizational Review, with costs agreed before work begins.

Is this therapy or mental health treatment?

No. Our work is educational and organizational. We look at systems, culture, communication and workload so your team can do its best work.

Can small nonprofits afford this?

We offer à la carte services and hourly support so smaller teams can start with one focused need instead of a large engagement.
