How we work
No mystery, no pressure, no jargon.
We are a human-centered consulting firm with a background in industrial-organizational psychology, so we work from evidence rather than assumption, and we go after root problems rather than visible symptoms. Below is what an engagement looks like, step by step, from the first message to the final deliverable.
Prefer a conversation before you commit to anything? A 45-minute discovery call is available for new clients at $50 through December 31, 2026. It's optional, and only worth booking if you want a deeper conversation first.

How it usually goes.
Every engagement is scoped to the organization, so the details change. The shape of it rarely does.
- 01
You tell us what's going on
A form, an email, a conversation. What you're noticing, who it's affecting, and what you already suspect. Nothing is billable yet.
- 02
We come back with numbers
Fixed fees for the straightforward work: a team training, a survey, a policy review, a listening session. Hourly rates for practical, hands-on support. For anything broader, you get a written proposal that spells out the work, the cost, and what you'll have at the end.
- 03
You decide what to build
Some organizations want the full picture first and then a plan. Others want one thing, or practical hourly help to get unstuck. Any of those is fine, and you stay in charge of what gets approved.
- 04
We build it with you
Everything is grounded in industrial-organizational psychology and informed by your own data, so we are solving root problems rather than treating symptoms. A healthy culture still has to be practical enough to survive a busy season.
Ways to work together
Three ways in. Same care every way.
Some organizations want the full picture before deciding. Others know exactly what they need, or just need practical help this month. All three are good places to start.
Signature partnership
The All-Inclusive Organizational Culture & Engagement Review
One paid engagement that looks at your culture, your climate, and your engagement together, then tells you what the data actually says. Priced by the number of people you employ, with your quote provided after we receive your proposal request.
Discovery call required · Quoted after we receive your proposal request
You leave with findings, a clear set of recommendations, and a separate proposal for the work you choose to move forward.

Request one thing
A team training, a climate or engagement survey, a listening session, a policy review. Each one is a paid service with a fixed fee you can ask for, and scope is agreed before anything is booked.
A good fit when you already know the problem and just need the right person to help you work on it.

Practical, hourly support
No hefty retainer. Systems and process reviews, client experience overviews, team feedback surveys and hands-on help, billed by the hour as the work happens.
A good fit when you need next steps you can act on by next week, without a big engagement.

What you're paying for
Every service we offer is a paid business service. À la carte work carries a fixed fee you can ask for before anything is booked. Practical support is billed hourly, added as the work is rendered. The All-Inclusive Organizational Culture & Engagement Review is priced by the size of your organization, based on employee count. It always begins with a discovery call, and your price is provided once we receive your proposal request. Complex or multi-service projects receive a written proposal, which notes any hourly services that may be added along the way.
Recommendations are advice, not an upsell
After a review, we tell you what we think would help. That might be a service we provide, or support from a partner we trust. Implementation is always a separate decision, and a separate proposal. Where a bundled rate makes sense, we'll suggest it in your proposal rather than assume it.
Who owns what we make
The surveys, frameworks, trainings, and reports we create stay ours. When you purchase a service, you get the right to use those materials inside your organization, and we spell out exactly what that covers before work begins, including anything a partner contributes.
Transparency and accountability
You always know what is billable, what is pending, and who owns each piece. If something we promised has not landed, you hear it from us first, with a plan. Trustworthiness is built in the follow-through, not the proposal.
Next step
Tell us what's happening, and we'll tell you what it costs.
One form is enough to start. Share your organization, the challenge, and what a good outcome looks like for you.
