What we collect
When you fill out a form, book a call, create an account or message us, we collect what you share: your name, email, phone, organization details, project needs, budget range, messages, and any photo or contacts you add to your profile. We also keep records of quotes, invoices and payments you report.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to you, prepare proposals and quotes, deliver our services, manage invoices, and keep your client portal working. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Assessments and survey data
Survey and listening-session results we gather for your organization are reported in aggregate. We do not share individual responses with employers unless participants were clearly told and agreed beforehand.
Our AI adviser
Conversations with Selah, our service adviser, are not saved to your account. They are processed by an AI provider only to answer you in that moment. Please don't share sensitive personal details in the chat.
Who can see it
Only Marilyn Michelle and you can see your client portal information. We use trusted service providers to host the site and store data securely. Your profile, messages and invoices are private to your account.
Reviews
Reviews you submit appear on the site only after we approve them, and only with the name and details you entered.
Your choices
You can update your profile anytime in your portal. To ask for a copy of your information, or to have it removed, contact us and we'll take care of it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date below.
