Hands-on, hourly support for small businesses and nonprofits that need a clearer process, a small-scale website, or help making a client portal work for their day-to-day needs. We walk through the problem with you, analyze what is getting in the way, and support implementation and training. We also offer client experience overviews and systems & process reviews: we gather feedback through surveys, compile the data, and share practical suggestions you can act on.

Explore systems & processesThis is the fastest way to start working together: work can begin soon after we agree on scope. Pricing varies with the work, and the first step is a free proposal request so we can agree on the hourly rate, scope, and estimated time before work begins. If you would rather talk it through first, an optional 45-minute discovery call is $50 for new clients through December 31, 2026. Platform subscriptions and other third-party costs are discussed separately.

Hourly support is $125 per hour. Quick fixes and small projects start at the listed fees. These are starting points: your final fee depends on the number of employees, the scope of the work, and your timeline, and is confirmed in writing before any work begins.
Show us where work stalls: an unclear intake process, a website that no longer reflects your work, or a portal your team struggles to use. We listen, trace the steps, and identify the need behind the request.
Together, we prioritize a practical next step that fits your capacity. We agree on the scope, hourly rate, and estimated time before work begins, including any separate platform or subscription costs.
We assist with the agreed setup or improvement, walk through it with the people using it, and provide documentation and training. We review what is working and identify any next steps with you.
Business impact
For a small team, hours lost to confusing intake, outdated website information, or a hard-to-use portal matter. Scoped setup, workflow improvements, documentation, and training can help reduce repetitive administration while avoiding a bigger system than your organization needs.
OECD's synthesis identifies opportunities and barriers in SME digital adoption, including skills and organizational capacity. It provides context for right-sized technology support, not evidence that a particular website or portal will save money; nonprofit applicability needs local evaluation.
