Pricing
Fees, explained plainly
Transparency is one of our values, so here is how pricing works before you ever talk to us. Start with a proposal request: it is free, and it is how every engagement begins. A discovery call is optional if you want a deeper conversation first, and required only before the signature review. Scope and fees are agreed in writing.
Discovery calls
Start with a conversation
Discovery calls are 45 minutes. They are paid because they are real working sessions: we talk through your organization, what prompted you to reach out, and whether this partnership is the right fit.
General discovery call
$50
For new clients through December 31, 2026. Optional: choose it if you want a deeper conversation before requesting a proposal.
Signature review discovery call
$100
For new clients through December 31, 2026. Required before the all-inclusive organizational culture & engagement review, and more in-depth by design.
Hourly & small projects
Practical, scoped support
Hourly support is $125 per hour; quick fixes and small projects have starting fees. These are starting points only: your final fee depends on the number of employees, the scope and depth of the work, and your timeline, and is confirmed in writing after the discovery call, before any work begins. Platform subscriptions and other third-party costs are discussed separately.
Hourly support
$125 / hour
Hands-on help with the people side of your organization: extra facilitation, implementation support after a review, and practical systems work, scoped and agreed before any hours are booked.
Quick fixes
Starting at $375
Bounded tasks such as intake form updates, portal onboarding help, or a small process correction, priced as a fixed piece of work.
Small projects
Starting at $1,500
End-to-end work such as a client experience overview or a workflow and systems rebuild, with a clear scope and timeline.
The signature review
All-inclusive organizational culture & engagement review
This is our most complete offering, and its fee varies with the size of your organization and the depth of the review. Rather than a one-size number, you receive a written proposal with a fixed fee after the required discovery call, so the price reflects what your organization actually needs.
Step 1
Discovery call
A required, in-depth 45-minute call ($100 for new clients through December 31, 2026).
Step 2
Written proposal
A fixed fee, timeline, and scope built around your organization and staff size.
Step 3
Your approval
Nothing is scheduled until you accept the proposal. No payment happens before work is agreed.
Payment plan
Spread the investment, no surprises
When you accept a proposal on the payment plan, the invoice is split into three parts. You can also choose one full invoice if that is simpler for your budgeting or grant reporting.
25%
Due when the invoice is issued
A deposit confirms the work and holds your place on the calendar.
37.5%
Due 15 days after the invoice
The second payment lands halfway through the first month.
37.5%
Due 45 days after the invoice
The final payment closes the balance, with no interest or fees.
Payments can be made by the methods listed on your invoice. Client-reported payments are confirmed before balances update, so both sides always see the same numbers.
What every fee includes
- Scope, timeline, and deliverables agreed in writing before work begins.
- Materials created for you, with client-use rights defined in the engagement agreement.
- Honest limits: what we would fix now, and what can wait.
- No retainer required to start, and no payment before a proposal is accepted.
- Third-party platform subscriptions and costs discussed separately, never bundled in quietly.
- Materials created by Marilyn Michelle remain her intellectual property; purchase does not transfer ownership.
